Progressive Credit is a non-deposit-taking microfinance institution, incorporated under the Companies Act (Cap 486). The company has been in operation since October 2011, with branches located throughout the country. Our business model spans several sectors, including consumer credit, micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs), agribusiness, and logbook-based loans. We believe in building lasting relationships that extend beyond a single transaction. We strive to understand the needs of our clients, providing tailored service based on each client's specific requirements. We have a full board of directors that oversees the institution’s management and operations. The company’s day-to-day operations are managed by the CEO/General Manager. Each department is led by a department head, and sectors are managed by sector leads, while branches have dedicated Quality and Growth managers.
